There are about 144,000+ IM chats from 44,000 users saved to their database. I don’t know which is worse- the fact that the country is doing such monitoring or the fact that the system that is being used is vulnerable and can be easily accessed by outside firms that have any interest in this matter. Lesson learned: Stay away from Skype (at least text chat). Voice calls are not being taped…so far.
